Membership Types:

Basically there are two different types of membership, Associate and Full. Then within each membership type there are two membership dues structures, one is with a subscription to the quarterly magazine "Pagan Dawn" and the other is without the magazine. In addition to this there is a discounted dues structure set up for "Partners", "University Students" and also for the "Older and hopefully Wiser". Associate Membership

Associate Membership with a subscription to Pagan Dawn: This membership includes all of the above, plus the large full-colour glossy Magazine, "Pagan Dawn" published by the PF in England, with an international section, contacts, interesting articles and so on. It also includes the quarterly electronic magazine Pagan World, national newsletters and access to mailing lists. After one year, you can become a Full Member with full voting rights in the PF. The Annual Dues are 35 Euro

Associate Membership without a subscription to Pagan Dawn: This membership includes all of the above, including Pagan World, Newsletter and mailing lists, but without Pagan Dawn. The Annual Dues are 13 Euro

Associate Membership for Partners: Partners can become joint members at a small additional cost. We must have the names of both Partners, and a letter from each person, you can write both letters on the form. The Annual Dues with a subscription to Pagan Dawn is 40 Euro per couple, without Pagan Dawn the Annual Dues are 18 Euro.

Associate Membership for Students and Seniors: Humans that are officially attending a University full time or are at least 65 years young can become members at a discounted rate. Please note that under this highly discounted rate you Are NOT eligible to receive our fabulous magazine "Pagan Dawn". The Annual Dues without Pagan Dawn are: Single Membership is 6 Euro and the Joint Membership is 9 Euro.

Full Membership

After a year as an Associate member, you will automatically become a Full voting member of the PF, and after a further year of Full Membership you will be able to stand for election to the PF Committee and help with the actual running and administration of the PF. If you do not wish to automatically become a Full Member then please notify us.

Membership Benefits:

All members, at their option, will:

  • be put in touch with other members available for contact by mail, email or phone as permitted by the other member(s);
  • receive the quarterly news supplement "Pagan World";
  • participate in the PFI-mailing lists;
  • be invited to members-only Pagan events.
  • have a good feeling about joining a and contributing to a worthy cause
  • Subscribing members also receive our quarterly glossy magazine Pagan Dawn.

How to apply for an Associate Membership:

The Pagan Federation exists not to promote a single aspect or path within Paganism, nor does it presume to represent all Pagans. Rather it is an umbrella organization with a membership drawn from all strands. People new to Paganism who are sincere seekers are welcome, as well as experienced Pagans. To become an Associate Member of the PF, you must be aged 18 or over; you must consider yourself to be a Pagan and accept the three principles of the Pagan Federation set out below.

  1. Love for and Kinship with Nature. Reverence for the life force and its ever-renewing cycles of life and death.
  2. A positive morality, in which the individual is responsible for the discovery and development of their true nature in harmony with the outer world and community. This is often expressed as "Do what you will, as long as it harms none".
  3. Recognition of the Divine, which transcends gender, acknowledging both the female and male aspect of Deity.

After reading an agreeing to the above principles follow the steps below to apply for your membership:

  1. Request an application form from your National Coordinator at: vc@paganfederation.org or at: jeff@paganfederation.org or through our yahoo group site or in person at one of our events.
  2. Fill in the application form and return it along with a letter about yourself and your interests and experience in Paganism. For example some topics you may wish to include in the letter could be; how you became interested in Paganism, your experiences with it, whether you told your friends and family and if so, how they reacted, any books you've found particularly helpful, your particular interests, and anything else you might think relevant. You can return it in person, scan it (we need the original signature) and email it as an attachment to vc@paganfederation.org or snail mail it to vc, Jahngasse 14/27, 1050, Wien.

  3. BE PATIENT: Once we have received your completed application and your letter about yourself we will review it. This takes a bit of time so relax and be patient.
  4. After reviewing and approving your application we will send you an "Invitation to Join" along with another form to fill out for payment. You can pay, in Euro; by cash, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Please go to the "Payments" Page for detailed information about payment methods.
  5. After receiving your payment we will send you a confirmation that are now a member of the Pagan Federation along with other relevant information about our mailing lists and such.
